Q. What are Faux Blooms?

Q. I can't decide between Faux and Fresh Blooms!
A. Ah, we love both Fresh and Faux too! However we have found that fresh blooms can wilt on the wedding day hence only offer Faux Blooms.
Faux Blooms are lightweight, stay looking the same from morning the evening on your Big Day and thereafter, they're also a great memory from your Big Day and can be reused! We also scent our Faux Blooms with Jo Malone to make them smell as real as possible if not better! Here at Blooms By Vanita, we recommend Faux Blooms for all your Bridal and Wedding Day needs!
Q. I want Blooms By Vanita to supply my Bridal Blooms for my Destination Wedding!
A. Due to specialising in Faux Blooms, we are able to offer our Blooms to Destination Brides too. They're also lightweight so will be easy to take with you.
Q. The Groom has an allergy to fresh flowers however I still want to have Flower Garlands!
A. With Faux garlands, you won't have that issue.
Q. I love the smell of Fresh Flowers and was wondering what your Faux Blooms smell of?
A. Our Faux Blooms smell stunning and just like flowers because we use Jo Malone to scent them! #scentyourwedding
Q. Do I need to be a Bride to order from Blooms By Vanita?
A. Ofcourse not! Our Blooms are for everyone!
Q. Do you sell Fresh Jasmine?
A. Unfortunately this is something that we don't stock due to fresh jasmine turning brown and wilting through the day very quickly. However we do have Faux Jasmine, they look just the same as fresh jasmine and will stay the same colour all day!
Q. Do you do Wedding Decor?
A. This is a service that we don't currently offer as we are so busy making Bridal Blooms!
Q. I can't find what I want to buy on the site, can you still make it?
A. Of course we can! Here at Blooms we love to take on new ideas and use our creativity to make it come to life for you. Contact Us and we will do our best to make it happen!
Q. How long will it be till I receive my Blooms?
A. We aim to get your Blooms made and on the way to you a month before your wedding date. However this can all depend on your order size, complexity of the products and also whether it is peak wedding season. Please allow as much time as possible as we don't like to rush any of our orders. As Vanita makes each order by hand herself it can take time. Preferably we would like orders to be placed a minimum 2 months in advance.
Q. I only just found out about Blooms By Vanita and my event is in a couple of weeks, can I still order?
A. We really don't like to turn custom away and this has rarely happened. Do send us a message via the Contact Us page before placing your order to be sure we can fit you in. We do try and prioritise orders where we can. If for any reason we are unable to take on the order and you have already paid via the website we will refund the money.
Q. I've placed my order online but want to have it customised to my colour theme.
A. Whilst placing the order there is a section to upload an image and also leave notes. Please do upload an image of your outfit or a colour pallete taken from Pinterest. Do make sure images are taken in natural day light, as Vanita will be matching the product to the colours in the image.
Q. Do you have a showroom we can visit?
A. Currently we don't have a showroom that is available to visit. All our Blooms are made per order therefore we don't hold any stock. We are at Events throughout the year which is a good place to come and meet us. More information can be found on our Instagram or subscribe to our emails.
Q. Do you do face to face consultations?
A. We offer Bridal Consultations so that we can advise the Bride on what products would be best and we can then decide the colour and design of products together. The order can be placed with us there. The consultation will consist of looking through images of inspiration and past Blooms we have made. We are based in Birmingham. If you would like to book at Bridal Consultation with us please write to us using the Contact Us page. Bridal Consultations are available throughout the year however may be limited in peak wedding season. We do require a deposit to book the consultation which is then redeemed on your products.
Q. Am I able to return my Blooms for a refund/ exchange?
A. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any of our products under any circumstance. All the products are made specifically customised and for the specific client once the order has been placed and paid for. We do not hold any stock or ready made Blooms. Please refer to our Refund Policy in the Legal section.
Once an order has been received Vanita will begin to make your Blooms.
For U.K. Mainland deliveries, you will receive your order latest a week before the wedding depending on when the order has been placed. Please do not use a misleading wedding date as this could result in the order being refunded if we are no longer able to take orders for that week.
We use Royal Mail First Class Signed for service for all our orders. Any orders that we can't commit to due to being fully booked will be refunded. An email notification will be sent out once your Blooms have left HQ. We use a tracked service however we cannot take responsibility for any lost packages.
Colours may vary slightly from the images on our site due to lighting and image quality, however we aim to give you the best and full description. If you have any questions do Contact Us.
A surcharge will incur if the client changes the colour/design/address once the order has been placed.
We do take International Orders for Faux Blooms on our website. If you can't see your country name at check out, please do contact us so we can make the option available.
Custom Charges vary from country to country. Please check the customs charges before ordering as we cannot take responsibility for charges.
Once the parcel has left HQ a tracking number will be emailed to the client. Blooms By Vanita does not take responsibility for any lost packages or packages refused at customs. Blooms By Vanita is under no obligation to refund the order or send out new products to the client.
Once the order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent out. Once we have dispatched your Blooms you will receive an email and will receive your order thereafter. If you haven't received your Blooms within 5 days of receiving your dispatch email please do contact us immediately.
